מנהיגות ללא גבולות: גשר של חברות בין קריית מוצקין לבולגריה

בתאריך 23.2 התקיים המפגש הראשון במסגרת תוכנית בינלאומית להעצמת מנהיגות נשית צעירה, המחברת בין תלמידות מאורט קריית מוצקין וחטיבות הביניים בעיר לבין תלמידות מבית הספר הבינלאומי בקיושטנדיל, בולגריה. המיזם משלב טכנולוגיה, ערכים, קשרי חוץ ועוצמה נשית, ומהווה יריית פתיחה לסדרת מפגשי זום מעשירים ומעוררי השראה.

23.2.2026 | אדר תשפ"ו

המפגש הראשון במסגרת תוכנית "מפגשי זום" הבינלאומית להעצמת מנהיגות נשית צעירה התקיים במפגש וירטואלי מרגש. בתוכנית משתתפות תלמידות מאורט קריית מוצקין וחטיבות הביניים בעיר, לצד תלמידות מבית הספר הבינלאומי בעיר קיושטנדיל, בולגריה – עיר עימה צפוי להיחתם בקרוב הסכם ערים תאומות.

המיזם, בהובלת שפרה קווין וענבל רז – יועצת ראש העיר למעמד האישה, שוויון מגדרי וסגנית, מהווה נקודת מפגש ייחודית בין טכנולוגיה, עוצמה נשית, מרכז משמעו"ת וקשרי חוץ.

המפגש הראשון סימן את יריית הפתיחה המרגשת של תוכנית המנהיגות הבינלאומית. התוכנית כוללת סדרה של שישה מפגשי זום מעשירים, במסגרתם יזכו המשתתפות:

להיחשף לתרבויות שונות ולמנהגים מגוונים.
לדון בדרכים יצירתיות לפיתוח מנהיגות בתחומי הטכנולוגיה והחברה.
ליצור קשרים אישיים חוצי יבשות שיתרמו לעיצוב דור העתיד.

המפגש נפתח באווירה חמה ומלאת השראה, תוך תחושת שליחות משותפת. המשתתפות נהנו מדברי ברכה של ראש העיר ציקי אבישר וסגנו גנדי דוזרצ'ב, לצד ברכות ממנהיגי העיר קיושטנדיל.

תודה מיוחדת למובילות התוכנית – שפרה קווין (רכזת התוכנית) וענבל רז (יועצת ראש העיר למעמד האישה וסגנית מנהלת מרכז משמעו"ת), וכן למורה גרגאנה מבולגריה, על ההשקעה, המחויבות והלב שהן מביאות למיזם.

היוזמה מבטאת חזון רחב של חיבור בין קידום מעמד האישה, פעילות קהילתית, קשרי חוץ וערכים חינוכיים. עבור מובילי התוכנית, זוהי זכות גדולה ליצור מסגרת המאפשרת לנערות לצמוח ולהתפתח כמנהיגות צעירות – וזהו מקור לגאווה אמיתית.

A Bridge of Hope: A Summit of Youth, Resilience, and History

At a Times of war, an inspiring international meeting brought together youth from Kiryat Motzkin, Poland, and Ukraine. The encounter strengthened connections, built resilience, and highlighted the power of genuine human connection in challenging times.

In days when daily life moves between sirens, rockets, and shelters, it is easy to be drawn into a challenging routine. Yet within this complexity, a moment of light and exceptional international connection took place.

Today, the second Zoom meeting of the international “Young Ambassadors” project was held – a joint initiative of the Mashmaut Center, Kiryat Motzkin Foreign Relations Department, and “Yehonatan” Junior-High School. The meeting connected three worlds: Kiryat Motzkin, Płońsk in Poland (its twin city), and Ternopil in Ukraine (Płońsk’s twin city).

The meeting opened with an overview of the complex reality in Israel these days. Students from “Yehonatan” Middle School, led by Principal Keren Bavli and English Coordinator Sigal, presented a powerful video in which they shared their daily lives under the shadow of war and the emotions that accompany them. It was Israeli public diplomacy at its best—face to face, heart to heart.

Inbal Raz, Deputy of Mashmaut center and Gender Affairs Mayor's Advisor, led an engaging and experiential discussion and activity on language. The participants were fascinated to discover that in Hebrew, Polish, and Ukrainian alike, “balagan” is “balagan,” and “kiosk” refers to the same familiar place. For a moment, these words became a bridge of laughter, closeness, and mutual understanding.

A particularly moving highlight came when the youth from Ternopil appeared on screen wearing their traditional embroidered shirts – garments reserved for holidays and special occasions. This heartfelt gesture of solidarity and support for the State of Israel deeply touched all participants. They concluded the meeting with a beautiful presentation about their culture and heritage.

Meetings like this are far more than just “Zoom sessions.” They build emotional resilience, nurture young ambassadors who come to know the real Israel, and remind us that even when the world is turbulent, human connection and personal relationships remain our most powerful tools.

גשר של תקווה: מפגש פסגה של נוער, חוסן והיסטוריה

בתוך מציאות ביטחונית מורכבת, התקיים מפגש בינלאומי מרגש של בני נוער מקריית מוצקין, פולין ואוקראינה. המפגש חיזק קשרים, בנה חוסן והזכיר את כוחו של חיבור אנושי אמיתי גם בזמנים מאתגרים.

בימים שבהם המציאות היומיומית נעה בין אזעקות, טילים וממ"דים, קל לשקוע לתוך שגרה מאתגרת. אך בתוך המורכבות הזו, התקיים רגע של אור וחיבור בינלאומי יוצא דופן.

המפגש השני בפרויקט המשולש הבינלאומי של "שגרירים צעירים" – יוזמה משותפת של מרכז משמעו"ת, קשרי חוץ קריית מוצקין וחטיבת הביניים "יהונתן", חיבר בין שלושה עולמות: קריית מוצקין, פלונסק שבפולין (העיר התאומה) וטרנופול שבאוקראינה (העיר התאומה של פלונסק).

המפגש נפתח בהסבר על המציאות המורכבת בישראל בימים אלה. תלמידי חטיבת "יהונתן", בהנהלת קרן בבלי ורכזת האנגלית סיגל, הציגו סרטון עוצמתי שבו שיתפו על חיי היום-יום בצל המלחמה ועל הרגשות המלווים אותם. הייתה זו הסברה ישראלית במיטבה – פנים אל פנים, לב אל לב.

ענבל רז, סגנית מנהלת מרכז משמעו"ת, ויועצת ראש העיר למעמד האישה, העבירה סדנה חווייתית ומרתקת על השפות. בני הנוער גילו בהתלהבות כי גם בעברית, גם בפולנית וגם באוקראינית – "בלגן" הוא "בלגן", ו"קיוסק" הוא אותו מקום מוכר. המילים הללו הפכו לרגע לגשר של צחוק, קרבה והבנה.

רגע השיא המרגש הגיע כאשר בני הנוער מטרנופול הופיעו על המסך לבושים בחולצות הרקומות המסורתיות שלהם – פריטים השמורים לחגים ואירועים מיוחדים. הייתה זו מחווה של הזדהות עמוקה ואהדה למדינת ישראל, שחיממה את הלב של כל המשתתפים. את המפגש חתמו במצגת יפהפייה על התרבות והמורשת שלהם.

מפגשים מסוג זה הם הרבה מעבר ל"זום". הם בונים חוסן נפשי, יוצרים שגרירים צעירים המכירים את ישראל האמיתית, ומזכירים כי גם כשהעולם סוער – הקשר האנושי וההיכרות האישית הם הכלים החזקים ביותר.

Despite the challenging security situation, volunteers in Kiryat Motzkin arrived to celebrate the birthdays of three Holocaust survivors, creating a moving moment of care, dignity, and joy.

Even in difficult days, under the sound of sirens, the human spirit continues to shine. Our dedicated volunteers traveled to Kiryat Motzkin to bring joy to three remarkable Holocaust survivors, offering them moments of celebration and heartfelt connection.

Happy birthday to Avraham, Moshe, and Georgia from Kiryat Motzkin, who celebrated a truly special occasion with gifts, a festive cake, heartfelt blessings, and colorful balloons. In the midst of a complex reality, we were reminded how important it is to pause, celebrate life, and express gratitude.

גם בימים מאתגרים, בצל האזעקות, הרוח האנושית ממשיכה להאיר. מתנדבי ומתנדבות המיזם שלנו הגיעו לקריית מוצקין כדי לשמח שלושה ניצולי שואה יקרים ומעוררי השראה – ולהעניק להם רגעים של שמחה, חום ואהבה.

מזל טוב לאברהם, משה וג׳ורג׳אה מקריית מוצקין, שחגגו יום הולדת מרגש במיוחד, שכלל מתנות, עוגה חגיגית, ברכות מכל הלב ובלונים צבעוניים. בתוך מציאות מורכבת, זכינו להזכיר עד כמה חשוב לעצור לרגע, לחגוג חיים ולהוקיר תודה.

הסברה ישראלית לתלמידים/ות | Someone to Rely On: Advocacy for Students

At time of war, a meaningful educational session was held with 9th-grade students from Yonetah Junior-High School, focusing on Israeli advocacy and key chapters in Israel’s history – demonstrating the strength of the younger generation and the importance of investing in it.

על רקע ימים מורכבים, התקיים מפגש חינוכי משמעותי עם תלמידי שכבת ט' מחט"ב יהונתן, שעסק בהסברה ישראלית ובהעמקה בתולדות מדינת ישראל – עדות לעוצמתו של דור העתיד ולחשיבות ההשקעה בו.

Despite complex circumstances, by security challenges, educational activity continues with determination and dedication. Even under conditions of sirens, the Mashmaut Center remains committed to its mission, conducting meaningful online sessions that reinforce continuity, resilience, and purpose.

In this context, a compelling and thought-provoking meeting was held with representatives of the 9th grade at Yonatan Junior High-School, led by coordinator Ortal Levy, as part of an Israeli advocacy initiative. The session was facilitated by Dr. Lea Ganor, Director of the Mashmaut Center in Kiryat Motzkin.

The meeting developed into an in-depth and meaningful dialogue addressing the importance of Israeli advocacy alongside key chapters in the history of the State of Israel. It was characterized by a high level of engagement, intellectual curiosity, and genuine motivation among the students, who demonstrated a sincere desire to learn, lead, and make an impact.

Dr. Ganor equipped the participants with practical tools to support their future advocacy efforts and expressed deep appreciation for the quality of discourse and the strong sense of values reflected by the students.

Special thanks are extended to Michal Tuvia, Head of the Community Relations Department, for facilitating the connection and supporting the initiative; to Keren Bavli, Principal of Yonatan Junior High-School; and to coordinator Ortal Levy for her professional leadership and meaningful collaboration with the Mashmaut Center.

At the conclusion of the session, the students expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the time and dedication invested in them – testimony to the depth of the experience and its lasting impact.

This meeting serves as yet another testament to the fact that Israel’s younger generation embodies responsibility, strong values, and a genuine commitment to learning, leading, and contributing to society – proving that there is indeed someone to rely on.

בימים מורכבים, המתאפיינים באתגרים אישיים וביטחוניים, הפעילות החינוכית נמשכת בנחישות ובמסירות. גם בתנאים של אזעקות לסירוגין, ממשיך מרכז משמעו"ת לפעול ולקיים מפגשים חינוכיים בזום, מתוך מחויבות עמוקה לעשייה ולחיזוק הדור הצעיר.

במסגרת זו, התקיים מפגש מרתק עם נציגי שכבת ט' מחט"ב יהונתן, בהובלת הרכזת אורטל לוי, כחלק ממיזם הסברה ישראלית. את המפגש הובילה ד"ר לאה גנור, מנהלת מרכז משמעו"ת וקשרי החוץ בקריית מוצקין.

במהלך המפגש התפתח שיח מעמיק ומשמעותי שעסק בחשיבותה של ההסברה הישראלית ובפרקים מרכזיים בתולדות מדינת ישראל. המפגש התאפיין ברמה גבוהה של מעורבות, סקרנות ומוטיבציה מצד התלמידים, אשר הביעו רצון כן ללמוד, להבין ולהיות שותפים פעילים בעשייה ובהובלה.

ד"ר גנור ציידה את המשתתפים בכלים מעשיים שיסייעו להם בפעילות ההסברה, והתרשמה עמוקות מאיכות השיח ומהמחויבות הערכית שהפגינו בני הנוער.

תודות מיוחדות נמסרות למיכל טוביה, מנהלת אגף קשרי קהילה, על החיבור והסיוע בקידום המפגש; לקרן בבלי, מנהלת חט"ב יהונתן; ולרכזת אורטל לוי, על הובלה מקצועית ושיתוף פעולה משמעותי עם מרכז משמעו"ת.

בסיום המפגש הביעו התלמידים את תודתם והערכתם על הזמן וההשקעה, דבר הממחיש את עומק החוויה וההשפעה של המפגש.

מפגש זה מהווה עדות נוספת לכך שהדור הצעיר בישראל מגלה אחריות, ערכיות ונכונות לפעול, ללמוד ולהשפיע – ויש על מי לסמוך.

International Women’s Day 2026: A Powerful and Inspiring Women’s Evening

Employees of the Municipality of Kiryat Motzkin marked a special and inspiring women’s event under the title “You Got Yourself” ahead of International Women’s Day 2026.

The evening opened with a greeting from Mayor Tziki Avisar and a welcome by Mor Shimoni, Director of the Human Resources and Innovation Department, who spoke about the strong and professional roles of women within the municipality.

The first part of the event concluded with a short talk by Inbal Raz, Advisor to the Mayor for the Advancement of Women and Gender Equality, who discussed the connection between women and humor – about women and jokes, and how laughter can be good, healthy, and beneficial for us all.

In the second part of the evening, participants enjoyed a presentation by Ravit Asaf –former beauty queen and current businesswoman – who shared her life story. She spoke openly about the moments of growth and crisis that shaped her journey, describing how these experiences ultimately led her to a significant turning point in her life, when she sold her life’s work and embarked on a new path.

The organizers noted that the success of this inspiring event would not have been possible without the wonderful collaboration of many contributors, including the Human Resources Department – led by Director Mor Shimoni with Bracha and Nela; Kobi Pinto, Chairman of the Workers Committee; Mital Amoyal, Assistant to the CEO; and Silvan, the technical coordinator.

In closing, the organizers expressed their gratitude to all partners involved and shared their hope that this event will become a new tradition.

"יש לך אותך": ערב נשי, עוצמתי ומלא השראה ליום האישה 2026

עובדות עיריית קריית מוצקין ציינו ערב נשי ומעורר השראה תחת הכותרת "יש לך אותך". הערב כלל ברכות, שיח על נשים והומור, וסיפור חיים אישי של רוית אסף, מלכת היופי לשעבר ואשת עסקים. האירוע התקיים בהובלת אגף הון אנושי ובשיתוף פעולה של גורמים שונים ברשות, במטרה לחזק את הכוח וההשראה הנשית ולפתוח מסורת חדשה.

לקראת יום האישה 2026 ציינו עובדות עיריית קריית מוצקין ערב מיוחד ומעורר השראה תחת הכותרת "יש לך אותך" – ערב נשי, עוצמתי ומלא השראה.

הערב נפתח בברכתו של ראש העיר, ציקי אבישר, ובברכתה של מנהלת אגף הון אנושי וחדשנות, מור סימוני, שסיפרה על הכוח הנשי החזק והמקצועי של הרשות.

את חלקו הראשון של הערב חתמה יועצת ראש העיר לקידום נשים ושוויון מגדרי, ענבל רז, בשיח קצר על הקשר בין נשים והומור – על נשים ובדיחות, ועל עד כמה טוב, בריא ומסייע לצחוק.

בחלקו השני של הערב נהנו המשתתפות מהרצאתה של רוית אסף – מלכת היופי בעבר ואשת עסקים בהווה – ששיתפה את הקהל בסיפור חייה, וסיפרה על נקודות הצמיחה והמשבר שעיצבו את דרכה. אסף תיארה כיצד חוויות אלו הובילו אותה לרגע משמעותי בחייה, שבו מכרה את מפעל חייה ויצאה לדרך חדשה.

ערב מוצלח זה לא היה יוצא לפועל ללא שיתוף הפעולה של רבים: אגף הון אנושי – מור המנהלת, ברכה ונלה; קובי פינטו, יו"ר הוועד; מיטל אמויאל, עוזרת המנכ"ל; וסילבאן, האיש הטכני.

לסיום הודו המארגנים לכל השותפים והשותפות לעשייה, בתקווה כי ערב זה פותח מסורת חדשה.

A Journey of Memory, Education, and Mission: Dr. Lea Ganor in Serbia and Bulgaria

Dr. Lea Ganor, Director of Mashmaut Center and Head of Foreign Relations of Kiryat Motzkin Municipality, embarked on an educational and historical mission across several cities in Serbia and Bulgaria to promote Holocaust remembrance and Jewish historical education. During her visit, she participated in the premiere of the documentary film “Jasenovac Vow”, held meetings with students and teachers, and met Holocaust survivors. Among the cities she visited were Belgrade, Smederevo, and Subotica, where she delivered lectures, guided tours, and provided educational inspiration. This journey reflects the Mashmaut Center mission to instill memory for future generations and strengthen educational and cross-cultural connections.

As part of her visit to Serbia, Dr. Ganor attended the premiere of the documentary “Jasenovac Vow” (Jasenovački zavet), an event hosted under the auspices of the Diaspora and Serb Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of Serbia at the Yugoslav Cinematheque. The film addresses the Jasenovac concentration camp—known as the “Auschwitz of the Balkans”—and tells the story of the Adler family and their generational vow to testify and share the truth about their suffering.

During the event, speeches were delivered by Parliament members Miodrag Linta and Bojan Torbica, as well as Prof. Dr. Gideon Grajfe, the lead researcher at the Name of the World Institute. Prof. Grajfe, marking a decade of research on Jasenovac, emphasized the commitment to revealing historical truth. Dr. Ganor lectured on the importance of documentation and remembrance, highlighting the diary of Irwin Miller, a boy who survived the horrors of the camp and left behind a legacy through journals and recordings.

Dr. Ganor also visited Sofia, Bulgaria, where she conducted a historical walking tour of the city’s sites, followed by an inspiring Zoom session for teachers in collaboration with PSGH Bialik and the Mashmaut Center. She discussed the Holocaust of Yugoslav Jews and the Jasenovac camp, stressing the importance of bringing living memory from the field into the classroom.

In Subotica, Serbia, Dr. Ganor toured the restored Neolog Synagogue and participated in memorial ceremonies, including the profound experience of holding a Torah scroll—one of fourteen scrolls hidden during the Holocaust and later returned to the community. The highlight of her visit was the premiere of the film on Jasenovac, attended by the late Yoel Fisher, a Belgrade-born Holocaust survivor, and his granddaughter, who currently serves as Israel’s ambassador to Serbia.

In Smederevo, near Belgrade, Dr. Ganor was warmly received by the mayor and the educational staff and delivered a lecture to dozens of young people on historical memory and educational initiatives of the Mashmaut Center and Kiryat Motzkin’s international relations department. The day also included a local media interview, and the discussions with students highlighted the positive impact of her lectures on the younger generation. In Belgrade, Dr. Ganor met with the Chairman of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Serbia, visited the Museum of Yugoslav Jewry, and participated in an event commemorating the Holocaust of Yugoslav Jews.

All of her experiences on this journey reflect her deep commitment to memory, education, and cross-cultural engagement, demonstrating her mission to instill history and values for future generations. They also illustrate the ongoing work of the Mashmaut Center, which views the phrase “to remember and not forget” not as a mere expression but as a lifelong educational mission and responsibility.

ד"ר לאה גנור, מנהלת מרכז משמעו"ת ומנהלת קשרי החוץ של עיריית קריית מוצקין, יצאה למסע שליחות דיפלומטי וחינוכי במספר ערים בסרביה ובבולגריה, במטרה לקדם את הנצחת זיכרון השואה והחינוך להיסטוריה של העם היהודי. עבור ד"ר גנור ומרכז משמעו"ת, "לזכור ולא לשכוח" הוא לא ביטוי שגור, אלא מפעל חיים ושליחות עמוקה.

מנהלת מרכז משמעו"ת וקשרי החוץ של עיריית קריית מוצקין, ד"ר לאה גנור, יצאה למסע חינוכי והיסטורי בסרביה ובבולגריה, לקידום זיכרון השואה והנצחת ההיסטוריה. בביקוריה השתתפה בבכורת הסרט התיעודי "נדר יאסנובאץ", קיימה מפגשים עם תלמידים ומורים, ופגשה שורדי שואה. בין הערים שבהן ביקרה: בלגרד, סמדרבו וסובוטיצה, ושם העבירה הרצאות, סיורים והשראה חינוכית. המסע משקף את שליחותו של מרכז משמעו"ת להנחיל את הזיכרון לדורות הבאים ולחזק קשרים חינוכיים ובין-תרבותיים.

במסגרת הביקור בסרביה נכחה ד"ר גנור בבכורת הסרט התיעודי "נדר יאסנובאץ" (Jasenovački zavet), אירוע שהתקיים בחסות הוועדה לתפוצות וסרבים באזור של האספה הלאומית של סרביה בסינמטק היוגוסלבי. הסרט עוסק במחנה ההשמדה יאסנובאץ – המכונה "אושוויץ של הבלקן" – ומציג את סיפורה של משפחת אדלר ואת הנדר הדורי להעיד ולהפיץ את האמת על סבלם.

במהלך האירוע נשאו דברים חברי הפרלמנט מיודראג לינטה ובויאן טורביצה, וכן פרופ' ד"ר גדעון גרייף, החוקר הראשי של מכון "שם עולם". פרופ' גרייף, המציין עשור למחקריו על יאסנובאץ, הדגיש את המחויבות לחשיפת האמת ההיסטורית. ד"ר גנור הרצתה על חשיבות התיעוד והזיכרון, והציגה את יומנו של אירווין מילר, נער ששרד את התופת והותיר מורשת באמצעות יומנים והקלטות.

במסע זה ביקרה ד"ר גנור גם בסופיה, בולגריה, שם ערכה סיור היסטורי בין אתרי העיר, ובהמשך קיימה מפגש זום מרגש למורים ומורות בשיתוף פסג"ה ביאליק ומרכז משמעו"ת. במפגש זה דיברה על שואת יהודי יוגוסלביה ועל מחנה יאסנובאץ, והדגישה את הצורך להעביר את הזיכרון החי מהשטח לכיתה.

בנוסף, ביקרה ד"ר גנור בסובוטיצה, סרביה, ושם סיירה בבית הכנסת הניאולוגי המשוחזר והשתתפה בטקסי זיכרון, כולל חוויית החזקת ספר תורה, אחד מארבעה עשר גוילי תורה שהוסתרו בתקופת השואה. שיא הביקור היה בערב הפרמיירה של הסרט על יאסנובאץ, בה השתתפו גם יואל פישר ז"ל, יליד בלגרד ששרד את השואה, ונכדתו השגרירה הנוכחית של ישראל בסרביה.

בסמדרבו (Smederevo) הסמוכה לבלגרד, התקבלה ד"ר גנור בראשות העיר ובצוות החינוכי, והרצתה בפני עשרות בני נוער על הזיכרון ההיסטורי ועל העשייה החינוכית במרכז משמעו"ת ובקשרי החוץ של קריית מוצקין. במהלך היום נערכו גם ראיון בתקשורת המקומית, והשיחות עם התלמידים הדגישו את ההשפעה החיובית של ההרצאות על הדור הצעיר. בבלגרד קיימה ד"ר גנור פגישות עם יו"ר פדרציית יהודי סרביה ובמוזיאון ליהדות יוגוסלביה, והשתתפה באירוע לציון שואת יהודי יוגוסלביה.

כל חוויותיה במסע הזה משקפות את מחויבותה העמוקה לזיכרון, לחינוך ולחיבור בין עמים, וממחישות את שליחותה בהנחלת ההיסטוריה והערכים לדורות הבאים, ואת השתקפות אלו בעשייה של מרכז משמעו"ת לאורך השנים, מתוך התפיסה הרואה בביטוי "לזכור ולא לשכוח" מפעל חיים ושליחות חינוכית מחייבת.

המיזם, בהובלת שפרה קווין וענבל רז – יועצת ראש העיר למעמד האישה, שוויון מגדרי וסגנית, מהווה נקודת מפגש ייחודית בין טכנולוגיה, עוצמה נשית, מרכז משמעו"ת וקשרי חוץ.

המפגש הראשון סימן את יריית הפתיחה המרגשת של תוכנית המנהיגות הבינלאומית. התוכנית כוללת סדרה של שישה מפגשי זום מעשירים, במסגרתם יזכו המשתתפות:

להיחשף לתרבויות שונות ולמנהגים מגוונים.

לדון בדרכים יצירתיות לפיתוח מנהיגות בתחומי הטכנולוגיה והחברה.

ליצור קשרים אישיים חוצי יבשות שיתרמו לעיצוב דור העתיד.

המפגש נפתח באווירה חמה ומלאת השראה, תוך תחושת שליחות משותפת. המשתתפות נהנו מדברי ברכה של ראש העיר ציקי אבישר וסגנו גנדי דוזרצ'ב, לצד ברכות ממנהיגי העיר קיושטנדיל.

Despite the challenging security situation, volunteers in Kiryat Motzkin arrived to celebrate the birthdays of three Holocaust survivors, creating a moving moment of care, dignity, and joy.

Even in difficult days, under the sound of sirens, the human spirit continues to shine. Our dedicated volunteers traveled to Kiryat Motzkin to bring joy to three remarkable Holocaust survivors, offering them moments of celebration and heartfelt connection.

Happy birthday to Avraham, Moshe, and Georgia from Kiryat Motzkin, who celebrated a truly special occasion with gifts, a festive cake, heartfelt blessings, and colorful balloons. In the midst of a complex reality, we were reminded how important it is to pause, celebrate life, and express gratitude.

At time of war, a meaningful educational session was held with 9th-grade students from Yonetah Junior-High School, focusing on Israeli advocacy and key chapters in Israel’s history – demonstrating the strength of the younger generation and the importance of investing in it.

Despite complex circumstances, by security challenges, educational activity continues with determination and dedication. Even under conditions of sirens, the Mashmaut Center remains committed to its mission, conducting meaningful online sessions that reinforce continuity, resilience, and purpose.

Dr. Ganor equipped the participants with practical tools to support their future advocacy efforts and expressed deep appreciation for the quality of discourse and the strong sense of values reflected by the students.

At the conclusion of the session, the students expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the time and dedication invested in them – testimony to the depth of the experience and its lasting impact.

This meeting serves as yet another testament to the fact that Israel’s younger generation embodies responsibility, strong values, and a genuine commitment to learning, leading, and contributing to society – proving that there is indeed someone to rely on.

בסיום המפגש הביעו התלמידים את תודתם והערכתם על הזמן וההשקעה, דבר הממחיש את עומק החוויה וההשפעה של המפגש.

מפגש זה מהווה עדות נוספת לכך שהדור הצעיר בישראל מגלה אחריות, ערכיות ונכונות לפעול, ללמוד ולהשפיע – ויש על מי לסמוך.

International Women’s Day 2026: A Powerful and Inspiring Women’s Evening

Employees of the Municipality of Kiryat Motzkin marked a special and inspiring women’s event under the title “You Got Yourself” ahead of International Women’s Day 2026.

The evening opened with a greeting from Mayor Tziki Avisar and a welcome by Mor Shimoni, Director of the Human Resources and Innovation Department, who spoke about the strong and professional roles of women within the municipality.

The first part of the event concluded with a short talk by Inbal Raz, Advisor to the Mayor for the Advancement of Women and Gender Equality, who discussed the connection between women and humor – about women and jokes, and how laughter can be good, healthy, and beneficial for us all.

In closing, the organizers expressed their gratitude to all partners involved and shared their hope that this event will become a new tradition.

לקראת יום האישה 2026 ציינו עובדות עיריית קריית מוצקין ערב מיוחד ומעורר השראה תחת הכותרת "יש לך אותך" – ערב נשי, עוצמתי ומלא השראה.

הערב נפתח בברכתו של ראש העיר, ציקי אבישר, ובברכתה של מנהלת אגף הון אנושי וחדשנות, מור סימוני, שסיפרה על הכוח הנשי החזק והמקצועי של הרשות.

את חלקו הראשון של הערב חתמה יועצת ראש העיר לקידום נשים ושוויון מגדרי, ענבל רז, בשיח קצר על הקשר בין נשים והומור – על נשים ובדיחות, ועל עד כמה טוב, בריא ומסייע לצחוק.

ערב מוצלח זה לא היה יוצא לפועל ללא שיתוף הפעולה של רבים: אגף הון אנושי – מור המנהלת, ברכה ונלה; קובי פינטו, יו"ר הוועד; מיטל אמויאל, עוזרת המנכ"ל; וסילבאן, האיש הטכני.

לסיום הודו המארגנים לכל השותפים והשותפות לעשייה, בתקווה כי ערב זה פותח מסורת חדשה.
