Yesterday we opened the "The Gurds of Memory" exhibition organized by the Polish Embassy in Israel at the Mashmaut Center in the presence of the of Commissioner of the Polish Embassy in Israel Ms. Agata Częplinska, Head of the Communications and Public Diplomacy Division at the Polish Embassy in Israel, Director of the "The Gurds of Memory" organization Mr. Pawel Kulig.
The mayor of Kiryat Motzkin, Tziki Avisher, the Mashmaut team, many Holocwaust survivors and many other partners and guests. The exhibition deals with the preservation of Jewish heritage sites in Poland by Polish volunteers.
The exciting meeting didn`t leave a single dry eye in the audience. The singer Tova Reva moved with her beautiful poetry, Dalit Goldman, a tour guide in Poland and Inbal Raz gave short and fascinating lectures. Esti Shaked gave a modest symbolic jewelry made by herself to the Polish guests who were very moved by the beautiful gesture.
The Mashmaut Center would like to thank the guests who came from Poland in particular, the Polish Embassy in Israel for this exhibition and fruitful cooperation, and all the participants in the event.
The exhibition will be hosted at the Mashmaut Center for a month until 3 of July.
