Motzkin Delegation to Magdeburg: commemorating Kristallnacht and signing the Twin Cities Alliance

In November, marking 86 years to Kristallnacht, an Israeli delegation from Kiryat Motzkin, headed by Mayor Tsiki Avishar and director of the Mashmaut Center Dr. Lea Ganor, arrived for an historic visit to the city of Magdeburg in Germany, to sign the twin cities agreement and participate in a ceremony to commemorate Kristallnacht in the presence of the head of public diplomacy in the Israeli embassy in Berlin.

During a war in the State of Israel, a special delegation led by the mayor of Kiryat Motzkin, Mr. Tsiki Avishar, and the director of the Mashmaut center, Dr. Leah Ganor, went on a historic visit to the city of Magdeburg, Germany. At the signing ceremony for the Twin Cities Alliance, Ganor spoke about the difficult situation in Israel. The signing ceremony was significant and important against the backdrop of anti-Semitic demonstrations and the events that took place in Amsterdam. 
The members of the delegation participated in memorial ceremonies. The delegation met warm people who love Israel.
