On Sunday, March 17th, Holocaust survivors gathered for a Purim celebration at the Mashmaut Center togather with Junior high school students.

Volunteer actor Gil Danino, poets Shush Gold and Ofra Cohen, from the poetry group, took part in the exciting meeting. The student Shira Hoffman from the “Madzim” who played, Talia Olimi from Dafna Ort who pleased the ears of the participants with her singing. 

Thank you to the Atid High School from Kiryat Motzkin, who made a significant contribution of the refreshments that the students prepared especially for the event. and the Stickipic company for donating magnet photographs.

The meeting between generations was unique and exciting. In her words, Dr. Lea Ganor thanked all the volunteers and Mashmaut staff and emphasized the importance of these meetings, including the younger generation and the older generation of Holocaust survivors. Meetings in which a connection is created through which they try to preserave the memory of the Holocaust among the younger generation and the importance of the values of giving and respecting the elderly.
